Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of getstrongapparel.org, run by Get Strong Apparel, a nonprofit in Boise, Idaho (EIN 92-3613372). By using the site, buying something, or donating, you agree to them.

Orders

• Prices are in US dollars. We ship to US addresses only.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We try to keep sizes, colors, and stock accurate. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll contact you and refund you.
• We can cancel an order if there's a pricing mistake or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Need a different size or have a problem with your order? Email us and we'll work it out with you.

Donations

• Donations go to our local outreach work in Idaho. They're generally not refundable. If you gave by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we'll look at it.
• Recurring donations charge the same amount on the schedule you picked until you cancel. To cancel, email or call us and we'll stop it before the next charge. No questions, no hoops.
• Ask a tax professional whether your donation is tax deductible. Your Stripe receipt works as your record of the gift.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. The Get Strong Apparel name, logo, designs, and photos belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Other sites

We link to partners, social media, and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Your privacy

The legal part

The site and products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Get Strong Apparel isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by Idaho law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
