Get Strong Apparel is a nonprofit based in Boise, Idaho. This page explains what information we collect on getstrongapparel.org, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

  • When you buy or donate: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you ordered or gave. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers.
  • When you contact us: whatever you send us by email or phone.
  • When you browse: the pages you visit, what you click, how you scroll, your device and browser type, your general location (city or region), and the site that sent you here.
  • Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. We don't see it until you check out.

Session recordings

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, so we can find what's confusing or broken. Clarity records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page views, and plays them back as a recording. It hides text you type into forms. We use these recordings only to improve the site.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services that run the site:

Cookies and opting out

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

AI

We don't use AI to make decisions about you, and we don't give your information to AI companies to train their models.

How long we keep it

We keep order and donation records as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and nonprofit reporting. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's standard settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.

Kids

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
